Spontaneous music at 'Mark's Barbers' - Kingsbridge

Today I went to Mark's Barbers for my usual 'short back n sides' and did some spontaneous music. 

I had got my dates wrong with the Kingsbridge does Christmas. So I had my guitar with me when I went to have my haircut and was made very welcome to play some spontaneous live music. I had great fun playing for the guys:

'Beatles - Here Comes the Sun'
'Elton John - Rocket Man'
& 'Beatles - Blackbird'

The acoustics were great!

I will be playing three songs as part of the church fundraising event at Malborough Church. This is an annual event and will include performances from the benefice organists and hand-bellringers. Refreshments will be served during the interval.

Tickets are £10.00 on arrival at the door.

This is a work social event held at 'The Island Street Bar and Grill' - I will be taking my guitar down for some impromptu singing for my colleagues. All are welcome as it is a public bar, so feel free to come and listen.

This event happens on the first Wednesday of every month. It is an open mic night so there will be other people playing as well. So if you know anyone who would like to perform some music for the first time, get back into performing or just get to know local musicians come down.
